About the Internship

V K Law Chambers is inviting applications for motivated law interns to join our team for hands-on experience in litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and commercial disputes.

Eligibility

• Law students with strong research and drafting skills
• Keen interest in courtroom practice and dispute resolution
• Professional attitude, confidentiality, and ability to work under deadlines
• Law Students studying in 2nd / 3rd year in 3 years LLB program or 4th / 5th year in 5 years LLB program
• Strong legal research and drafting ability; familiarity with IBC, Civil and Commercial procedure is preferred
• Good written and verbal English skills
• Immediate joiners and those who are available for at least 3 months internship will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Legal research and case law compilation
• Drafting pleadings, affidavits, and legal memos
• Assisting in court filings including handling of the department work, hearings, and preparation for arguments
