About the Internship
The internship will provide hands-on exposure to proceedings before various courts and tribunals, along with opportunities to assist in drafting, filing, case preparation, procedural compliance, and legal research.

Eligibility
- 2nd-year students enrolled in the 3-year LL.B. programme.
- 3rd-year students enrolled in the 5-year LL.B. programme.
Courts Exposure
Interns will gain practical exposure to proceedings before:
- High Court
- NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal)
- Sessions Court
- Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, including 138 matters
- City Civil Courts
Responsibilities
- Draft preliminary drafts, petitions, and notices.
- File documents and follow up with the court registry.
- Handle departmental work and procedural compliance.
- Assist in case preparation.
- Conduct legal research across commercial litigation, civil disputes, arbitration, and dispute resolution practice.
