About the Internship
The Internship Program at Vinit Nagar & Co.| Company Secretaries (VNC) shall offer valuable exposure for the students interested in the Corporate Law and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). The Firm regularly represents financial institutions / banks, Trade creditors, IRP / RP and Liquidator, personal guarantors before NCLT and NCLAT during CIRP and Liquidation process.
Eligibility
- Law Students: Students currently pursuing LL.B. (3-year or 5-year program) or LL.M. from a recognized university.
- Students pursuing CS Professional Programme with ICSI may also apply.
Responsibilities
- Conducting research in Corporate Law and IBC matters
- Assisting in the drafting petitions, appeals, affidavits, replies, rejoinder and documents, such as legal notices, and agreements
- Analyzing case laws and judicial precedents
- Support in e-filing and physical filing and submission of petitions at registry of NCLT and NCLAT
Duration
12 to 18 months (minimum)
