Role: Trainee

Eligibility

Law students in the third year or above of a five-year law course.
Law students in the second year or above of a three-year law course.
Recent law graduates.
Candidates with attention to detail.
Candidates with a genuine interest in understanding how law operates within an organisation.

Responsibilities

Selected candidates will work on the following:

Conducting research and preparing first drafts on labour, employment, and corporate matters.
Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, HR policies, and commercial contracts.
Conducting compliance reviews under the four Labour Codes and relevant State Rules.
Preparing client notes that translate legal positions into actionable business guidance.
