About the Internship

VetoAI is opening applications for a small, selective internship cohort for final-year law students interested in examining the intersection of legal technology, artificial intelligence, and the legal services ecosystem.

Eligibility

Individuals who demonstrate strong aptitude may be considered for part-time roles in ecosystem growth and market development while completing their studies. 

Responsibilities

Legal education in India primarily focuses on doctrine and often provides limited visibility into the economics, institutional barriers, and operational realities of the legal system, including the practical assessment and integration of technological tools. This internship bridges that gap by offering structured exposure to these dynamics through targeted research, real-time observation of adoption patterns, and active participation in ecosystem-level exploration of legal technology.

Practice Area Exposure 

For those with academic interests in legal systems or technology, the programme offers rich primary material, direct exposure to real-world adoption dynamics, and structured mentorship, equipping participants to produce substantive, publishable analytical work on India’s emerging Legal AI ecosystem.

Stipend 

Selected interns may also receive a modest stipend or performance-based incentives, contingent on consistent attendance and strong contribution throughout the programme.
