About the internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Filling of forms and return with ROC
• Preparing for the board meeting, committee meeting, AGM & EGM, and notice of the meetings
• Preparing board resolution and committee resolution
• Preparing of the register as per companies act
• Handling issues of debenture on a private placement basis
• Working on application for trademark and IPR laws
• Handling redemption of debentures
• Coordinating with RTA, NSDL/CDSL, debenture trustee, ROC, and RBI

Eligibility

Only Those Candidates Can Apply Who

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 27th Jul’21 and 31st Aug’21
• are available for duration of 6 months
