About the Opportunity
T&R Law Offices is inviting applications for a Legal Internship position commencing 18th February 2025.
Eligibility
Candidates with prior internship experience or substantive interest in General Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions matters will be preferred.
Responsibilities
The role will involve meaningful engagement in ongoing transactions and direct support in research, drafting, and corporate advisory mandates across our key practice areas, which include Mergers & Acquisitions, AIF Formation & Structuring, Legal Due Diligence, General Corporate Advisory and Contract drafting (including Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, and related instruments), Intellectual Property Filings, and other allied corporate law matters.
