About the Internship

Legal Internship Opportunity at the Shapoorji Pallonji Group | Mumbai Head Office. The legal team at Shapoorji Pallonji Infrastructure Capital Company Pvt. Ltd. is looking to onboard a 4th year law student as an intern for a duration spanning 2 months. It is preferable that the intern be based in Mumbai.

Eligibility

• 4th year law student
• knowledge of commercial and civil laws
• good analytical and drafting skills
• good communication skills as this position requires interaction with internal stakeholders at various levels.
• strong desire to learn and time sensitivity
• The candidate should be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Litigation management – Filing and preparing case briefs for electricity regulatory matters, land related disputes and negotiable instruments complaints.
• Mergers and acquisition transaction support
• Handling of legal matters including drafting legal notices, replies, power of attorneys and affidavits.
• Legal research for commercial transactions with third parties including customers, and vendors.

Stipend

The intern will be given a stipend at the end of each month.
