About the Internship

Sulekha is hiring a Legal/Finance Intern to support its legal, contractual, compliance and documentation requirements, along with finance and legal administrative tasks.

Eligibility

• Students or recent graduates with a background in Law, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Interest in gaining practical exposure to legal, contracts, compliance and finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with agreement and contract documentation.
• Supporting contract and legal document reviews.
• Tracking legal and compliance requirements.
• Organising and maintaining legal records.
• Supporting onboarding and documentation activities.
• Assisting with finance and legal administrative tasks.
• Supporting other paralegal and documentation activities as required.
