About the Internship

SRB-OJAS is seeking dedicated legal interns for a paid internship focused on contract drafting, legal research, and document structuring. This opportunity is ideal for law students and recent graduates looking to build a career in contract drafting and legal writing.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in contract structuring, standardization, and research methodologies, with exposure to real-world contracts, clause repositories, and legal research.

Eligibility

• Law students or recent graduates strongly interested in contract drafting and legal structuring.
• Preference will be given to final-year students or those with certifications in contract drafting.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, legal research databases, and document management tools.
• Interest in commercial contracts, legal drafting, business communications, and contractual risk assessment.

Responsibilities

This role offers practical training in contract drafting, enhancing both legal language proficiency and drafting skills.

₹10,000 per month (fixed)
