About the Internship
Skandhanshi Retail Private Limited, looking for Legal Interns who can join immediately.
Eligibility
- Recent graduates or final-year law students, having successfully completed their LLB / LLM program are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Assist with contract management, including organizing and maintaining online records of, contracts and other documents.
- Independently manage contract renewals – sending renewal reminders and renewing the contracts in a timely manner.
- Assist with communication and correspondence with clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Attend and assist in meetings and transactions, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
