About the Internship

This internship is specifically for our Delhi office and is designed to provide students with a rigorous, hands-on experience in the heart of the national legal capital. Interns will work under the direct guidance of the Partner at Delhi Office – Mrs. Akanksha Mehra, Advocate-on-Record.

Eligibility

• 5-Year LLB: Students in their 3rd Year and above.
• 3-Year LLB: Students in their 2nd Year and above.
• Candidates should possess strong research skills and a keen interest in litigation.

Work Profile

Interns will be involved in:

• Assisting in the drafting of petitions/appeal at various courts/tribunals
• Extensive legal research for matters appearing before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and District Courts/Tribunals.
• Briefing and assisting in matter management.
• Court visits to observe proceedings and assist in filing procedures.

Duration

One Month (4 weeks).
