Eligibility
Fresh law graduates or students in 4th or 5th year of law college;
Students pursuing CS or CA course
Roles and Responsibilities
Review of public documents including terms of issue, articles of association and special resolutions, etc. They will be involved in building capitalization tables of unlisted companies.
