About the Internship
RSA Law Consultants is inviting applications for Legal Internships for the months of August and September 2026. The internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency matters before the NCLT, NCLAT, and the Delhi High Court, along with corporate advisory work.
Eligibility
- Law students in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme, or the final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Prior internship experience in similar practice areas will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Interns will gain practical exposure to:
- Corporate and commercial litigation.
- Arbitration matters.
- Insolvency matters before the NCLT and NCLAT.
- Proceedings before the Delhi High Court.
- Corporate advisory work.
