About the Internship

Poovayya & Co is looking for two (2) paid research interns/assistants for my personal research projects related to commercial litigation and arbitration, cross-border litigation, judicial reforms, and cross-border insolvency on a long-term basis.

Eligibility

• Applicants must have a demonstrable interest in commercial law, company law, insolvency law, private international law, litigation, etc. Their interest must be demonstrated with at least 3 publications of exceptional quality on law blogs/peer-reviewed law reviews or journals.
• Applicants must be in their 4th or 5th year of the 5-year law program or 3rd year of the three-year LLB program.
• Applicants must be able to dedicate at least 10-12 hours every week to research and writing tasks.

Duration of Internship

 The initial appointment will be for a period of 3 months, which can be extended for a further period based on performance and contribution.

Stipend

The position will carry a monthly stipend.
