The internship will provide exposure to matters before:

• NCLT / NCLAT
• DRT / DRAT
• RERA
• District Courts
• High Courts
• Other tribunals and judicial forums

Eligibility

The opportunity is open to law students who:

• Have a genuine interest in litigation.
• Are willing to take responsibility.
• Are keen to learn through practical work.

Responsibilities

The internship will provide practical exposure to:

• Litigation.
• Legal research.
• Legal drafting.
• Court proceedings.

Stipend

The first month will be unpaid.

Based on the intern’s performance, commitment, quality of work, and willingness to continue, the internship may be extended on a long-term basis, with a stipend being provided accordingly.

Duration

The internship begins with an initial one-month period and may be extended on a long-term basis based on performance, commitment, quality of work, and willingness to continue.
