About Hon’ble Justice J.B. Pardiwala

Jamshed Burjor Pardiwala (born 12 August 1965) is an Indian jurist who has been serving as a judge of the Supreme Court of India since May 2022. He is a former judge of the Gujarat High Court and is in line to become the Chief Justice of India (CJI) in May 2028. If he does become the CJI, he is expected to serve a term of 2 years and 3 months.

About the Internship

Internship opportunities are available for the months of September 2026 to October 2026.

Eligibility

Qualification – Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses). 

Duration

September 2026 to October 2026

Important Points

• Internships are for a period of one month only, starting from the first day of the month. 
• Applications must be submitted no later than three weeks before the period of commencement of the internship. 
• There are no virtual/remote internships. 
• Intimation of confirmation shall be given by email one-two weeks prior to the commencement of the internship. 
• No separate correspondence/email applications shall be entertained. 
• here shall be no stipend or allowance or reimbursement of any kind for undergoing the internship.
