About the Internship
Office of Harish Taneja (Insolvency Professional), having an office at A1/228, basement, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi- 110029 is looking for interns for the month of August 2024. Timings: 10 am to 6:30/7 pm {Monday to friday} 10 am to 5:30 pm { Saturday}
Responsibilities
The work would primarily entail drafting of applications, replies, reports, and observing proceedings before different forums. Work would not be limited to IBC but will also include arbitration, litigation, and company law.
Stipend
The stipend is subject to your performance.
