About the Internship

MLS & Co Law Firm is hiring interns.

Eligibility

• The internship is open to law students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year integrated law, Masters in Law programs from recognised universities.
• Candidates should possess strong legal research and drafting skills, and a willingness to learn through practical engagement.

Responsibilities

• Legal research, case analysis, and preparation of briefs
• Drafting of pleadings, notices, and contracts
• Attending court proceedings (for offline interns)
• Contributing to discussions on ongoing cases and firm projects
• Selected interns will work directly under the supervision of associates and partners, gaining exposure to diverse legal fields and real-time case management.

Mode of Internship

• Offline (at the firm’s office)
• Online (virtual mode)
• Hybrid (based on mutual convenience)

Duration

• Regular Internship: Minimum 4 weeks
• Assessment Internship: 3 months

Stipend

The office believes in the concept of hard work makes money, while this is currently an unpaid internship; however, interns demonstrating good and remarkable performance during the internship will be considered for stipend and may be considered for future paid roles or long-term engagement opportunities within the firm.

Limited slots are available for each batch, as of now, the maximum accommodation is a maximum of 6 members for online and 2 for offline Internship and selection will be based on merit and performance in the interview for the selected individuals.
