About the Internship
Mishra & Associates is inviting applications from motivated law students for legal internship positions at its office in Mayapuri, New Delhi.
The internship is intended to provide practical exposure to litigation practice, legal research, drafting and court procedures.
Eligibility
Candidates should:
- Be pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. course
- Have completed more than half of the semesters of the course
- Have a strong interest in litigation, legal research and drafting
- Have a good command of written English
- Possess basic computer proficiency
Preference will be given to candidates residing in West Delhi or nearby areas.

Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on case laws and statutory provisions
- Drafting applications, affidavits, briefs and legal notes
- Assisting with case preparation and court filings
- Assisting in organising briefs and case records
- Gaining exposure to court procedures and litigation practice
Duration
Minimum 1 month, extendable depending upon performance and availability.
