About the Internship

They are looking for immediate interns for a 4-week internship, which may be extended based on performance. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world legal experience by working closely with experienced advocates.

Eligibility

3rd-5th year law students of a 5-year course or 2nd-3rd year law students of a 3-year course. Strong legal research and drafting skills. Prior litigation experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Intern will be required to:-

• Assist in drafting petitions, applications, legal opinions, and research memos.
• Prepare case briefs and assist in strategy discussions.
• Attend court proceedings, assist in filing, and observe real litigation matters.

Duration

4 weeks (subject to extension based on performance).

Date of Joining

Immediate (Applications reviewed on a rolling basis).

Mode

Offline (Work from Office & Courts).

Stipend

Performance-based stipend (All court-related expenses will be reimbursed).
