About the Internship

Mirchandani Advocates & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern for a period of three months. The internship is suited for candidates with a strong work ethic and a keen interest in litigation and intellectual property rights.

Eligibility

• 5-Year LL.B. students in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year
• 3-Year LL.B. students in First Year or Second Year
• Strong proficiency in legal research and drafting\

Responsibilities

• Assisting seniors in various courts and tribunals
• Conducting legal research and drafting
• Assisting in IPR filings, searches, and drafting replies
