About the Internship
Internship opportunities at Maloo & Co, Mumbai are looking for 2 (two) talented and enthusiastic law students to join the litigation team in Mumbai on an immediate basis.
They deal primarily but are not limited to in matters at NCLT, NCLAT, High Court. As an intern, you will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IBC, the Companies Act, SARFESI, Commercial Litigation, etc.
Eligibility
Students who are in the 4th or 5th year of an integrated LLB program or in the 2nd year of LLB.
Responsibilities
Interns day-to-day responsibilities includes:-
- Research.
- Drafting.
- Court proceedings.
- Operations of the office.
Mode of Internship
Physical (Offline).
Duration of Internship
3 months.
Stipend
Rs 7,500 to 10,000 (To be discussed over the interview)
Certificate of appreciation after the completion of the Internship.
Location
Fort, Mumbai
