About the Internship
Mace Corporate Associates is currently inviting applications for the position of Intern for the IP Team. This is an on-site and paid position.
Eligibility
- The candidate must be a final-year law student/recent graduate and should have:
- Keen interest in IPR Laws
- In-depth knowledge of Trademark searches and drafting of Trademark opinions
- Knowledge of Trademark filings, prosecution, oppositions, and renewals, including drafting and handling both contentious and non-contentious documents and correspondence, such as:
- Replies to Examination Reports
- Notices of Opposition
- Counter Statements
- Cancellations, Rectifications
- Evidence Affidavits
- Experience in drafting legal notices and replies thereto.
- Knowledge of e-legal portals is essential.
- Those having good knowledge of AI application will have an added advantage.
