About the opportunity
Lex Synergy is offering summer internship to Law Students. The Internship will be research based and totally work from home.
Eligibility
• Law student having knowledge of Companies Act, IBC, Contract act, Arbitration act.
• good research skills .
• good with computers
Stipend
Performance Based (will be decided at the end of the internship)
At the end of internship, student will be given “Certificate of Internship” after successfully completion.
Main area of research
a. Contract drafting
b. Research on corporate laws and various other laws.
c. Preparation of Presentation and reports on various matters relating to companies.
d. Drafting of petitions, Notices, etc.
