Team Lawssistance comprises lawyers who are dedicated towards provisions of services including without limitation drafting and reviewing of various investment contracts, commercial contracts, media and entertainment contracts as well as wills.

About the Internship

Looking for Interns to join the Corporate Practice at Lawssistance. This is an offline and paid internship. A certificate shall be given at the end of the internship period.

Eligibility

• The candidate must be in the 4th/5th year of their law course or the 3rd year if pursuing a 3-year law course.
• A candidate with prior experience in corporate internships at a law firm would be preferred.
• The candidate must have a basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and an interest in the Corporate Sector.
• The candidate must be sincere, disciplined, and well-spoken.
• The candidate must have knowledge of using MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

Tasks would include Legal Research, Content writing, and assistance in Drafting Agreements and Memos.
