About the Internship
LawFinex LLP, a leading firm engaged in taxation, corporate, IPR and litigation matters, invites applications for the position of Law Intern.
Eligibility
1. Pursuing LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course) from a recognised institution.
2. Strong command over English (written and spoken).
3. Good computer proficiency, including MS Office and internet.
4. Keen interest in corporate law, litigation, and allied legal areas.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct legal research and prepare notes on various legal issues.
2. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts and agreements.
3. Assist in case file preparation.
4. Assist in Court proceedings in various Courts and Tribunals.
Duration
Minimum one month, extendable subject to performance and mutual agreement.
