About the Internship

Justice Crafters Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications for Legal Interns at its Defence Colony office in New Delhi. The internship provides exposure to litigation across multiple levels.

The firm regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District and Trial Courts, and various tribunals and forums across Delhi NCR.

Eligibility

  • 4th and 5th-year students pursuing a 5-year LL.B. programme may apply.
  • 2nd and 3rd-year students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. programme may apply.
  • Candidates should have a good command of spoken and written English.
  • Law students with a genuine interest in litigation are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research.
  • Draft legal notices, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare case summaries, briefs, and compilations.
  • Gain practical exposure to case filing procedures and court registry practices.
  • Assist the legal team with ongoing matters.
  • Attend court proceedings and client conferences, where applicable.
