About the Internship
JK Singh & Associates is inviting applications for its August 2026 Internship Programme. The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain practical experience in litigation by assisting with legal research, drafting, and other case-related work.
Eligibility
- Students in the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Students in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme.
- Candidates with prior litigation experience will be preferred.
- Preference will also be given to candidates willing to intern for longer durations.
Responsibilities
Interns will be required to:
- Conduct legal research.
- Assist in drafting petitions.
- Prepare written submissions.
- Draft counter affidavits.
- Prepare briefing notes.
- Assist with other litigation-related work.
