About the Internship
Jain & Saigal Law Offices is looking to onboard four interns. The internship offers hands-on exposure to litigation practice, including court proceedings, drafting, legal research, client meetings, and, depending on the candidate’s year, domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
Eligibility
- Two interns: 5th year of a 5-year course or 3rd year of a 3-year course.
- One intern: 3rd/4th year of a 5-year course or 2nd year of a 3-year course.
- One intern: 1st/2nd year of a 5-year course or 1st year of a 3-year course.
- Self-driven, hardworking, and eager-to-learn law students are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Attend court proceedings.
- Assist with legal drafting.
- Conduct legal research.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Assist with domestic and international commercial arbitrations, depending on the candidate’s year.
- Work on civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Assist with insolvency and debt recovery matters.
- Work on property disputes, banking laws, service law, matrimonial matters, consumer protection, cheque dishonour, and white-collar matters.
- Assist with drafting legal opinions and agreements.
- Undertake other work associated with running a litigation practice.
