About the Internship
Indofast is looking for motivated and sharp final-year law students to join its Legal Team as interns.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with the in-house legal function of a fast-growing organization and gain exposure to real business-driven legal work.
Eligibility
- Final-year students pursuing LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB
- Strong research and drafting skills
- Keen interest in corporate / commercial law
- High ownership, curiosity, and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Contract drafting and review (NDAs, vendor agreements, commercial contracts)
- Legal research on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters
- Assistance in policy drafting, SOPs, and compliance documentation
