About the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs
IICA is set up as an autonomous institute which works under the aegis of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to deliver opportunities for research, education, and advocacy. There was a need to develop systems for regulation, enforcement and service delivery. Thus, to build the capacities of people working in the system and to forecast trends and markets in the ever-changing business environment through constant interaction with the factors involved.

About the Internship
IICA is inviting applications for its Regular (Semester-Long) Internship/Capstone Project Programme. The programme provides students with practical exposure to policy research, corporate governance, legal compliance, sustainability, finance, and emerging areas such as artificial intelligence and digital governance.

Eligibility
- A Five-Year or Three-Year degree course in law (final year students would be preferred), and the selection committee shall take its decision on an institutional need basis.
- Undergraduate / Post-Graduate/MBA/PGDM Courses in Social Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Management, Library Science, Mass Communication, HR, Social Work, Environmental Sciences, Business Environment, Information Technology / Computer Science, Development Studies, Public Administration, AI, Cyber Security, Audit, Public Policy and other related disciplines.
- Professional Course of Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Works Professional (CWA) or a Company Secretary (CS).
- Any other course recommended by the Internal Selection Committee and approved by DG&CEO.
- Students in their final semester undertaking applied research projects, capstone studies, or dissertations over a minimum period of 20 weeks.

Semester-Long (Regular Internship / Capstone Project)
Stipend
Interns shall be entitled to an honorarium of Rs. 10,000/- per month.
