About the Internship
I2Cure Pte. Limited is looking for a highly motivated Legal Intern to assist in legal research, contract drafting, compliance analysis, and content creation. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate and international law, regulatory frameworks, and business compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on corporate, business, and international law, including GDPR, HIPAA, DPDP, and startup regulations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, terms of service, and privacy policies.
- Identify legal risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Write blog posts, whitepapers, and client advisories on emerging legal topics.
- Support client communication, case documentation, and internal legal discussions.
