About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Review all legal documentation
- Review term sheet
- Review deal terms for M&A transactions for international deals
Eligibility
Only Those Candidates Can Apply Who
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 9th Oct’21 and 13th Nov’21
- are available for duration of 4 months
- have relevant skills and interests
