About the Opportunity
Fox & Mandal is offering a six-month long-term internship with the Corporate Practice at its Bengaluru office.
Eligibility
4th year law student with prior internship exposure to corporate law practice.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with transactional support.
- Supporting corporate advisory matters.
- Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements (including NDAs, employment agreements, and related documentation).
- Conducting legal research
Duration
6 Month
Date of Joining
March 1, 2026 (Flexible).
Location
Bengaluru (in-office, 5 days a week).
