About the opportunity

Darpan Singhi is looking to hire an intern for the legal team (me) at Falcon. We build cool things, and do cutting edge.

Eligibility

It would be ideal if you’re in the 4th year of law school at least to appreciate the complexity of what we do, but a demonstrated research skillset will do just fine. I prefer short, clip, and to the point drafting.

Responsibilities

The intern will work with me on contract negotiation, research on RBI compliances and regulations relating to card issuance, payment gateway regulation, co-branding arrangements, and liaison with regulators.

Since the team will be just the intern and I, the hands-on experience will be incomparable. We work out of WeWork at 32nd Milestone and it will be an on-site role. This is a startup and being in-person is worth it, trust me.

Duration

The internship will be for 3 months, starting July (unless you can join earlier) because it takes that much time to actually learn the basics and get your hands dirty with the work.
