About the Internship

ELT Corporate Private Limited is hiring Legal Regulatory & Research Interns to work closely with its legal and regulatory teams. The internship offers practical exposure to Indian regulatory frameworks, business approvals, compliance requirements and legal research.

Eligibility Criteria

Currently pursuing an LL.B., B.A. LL.B., BBA LL.B. or LL.M., preferably in the final or penultimate year.
Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
An interest in regulatory law, compliance or corporate law.
Familiarity with legal research databases such as SCC Online or Manupatra would be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

Research Indian regulatory frameworks, including the Medical Devices Rules under CDSCO, BIS, Legal Metrology, FSSAI, cosmetics and EPR regulations.
Track and summarise notifications, circulars, amendments and guidelines issued by regulatory authorities.
Conduct legal research on statutes, case law and company law matters.
Prepare research notes and legal memoranda.
Assist in preparing and reviewing regulatory applications, licensing documents and compliance checklists.
Support the drafting and review of contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
Contribute to research-based articles, blogs and client advisories.
