About the Internship

DLS Law Offices, one of India’s leading full-service law firms, is offering an internship opportunity for a 4-Week period. It is looking for driven, diligent law students to join our team and gain substantive exposure to a variety of legal matters.

Eligibility

• Enrolled in the penultimate or final year of a 5-year or 3-year LL.B. program.
• Minimum CGPA: 8.0/10 or equivalent percentile.
• At least two prior internships in reputed law firms or chambers dealing with corporate or commercial law.
• Demonstrated excellence in legal research and drafting, evidenced through published work, research papers, or writing samples.
• Working understanding of corporate governance, securities regulations, and contract law.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks, M&A documentation, or arbitration procedure will be an advantage.
• Strong command over written and spoken English.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver structured and accurate work.
