Chambers of Ashish Mehta have dozens of Regulatory Litigation and White Collar Crimes assignments, in which detailed and in-depth legal research is required to be carried out, before a full blown hearing takes place.

These assignments can be pertaining to a multitude of Courts / Forums like SC, HC, NCLAT, NCLT, SESSIONS COURT, etc. involving vexed legal issues under PMLA, COMPANIES ACT, IBC, TRAI ACT, PC ACT, etc.

Many times the assignments are back to back, timeline driven, very high priority and having several dimensions.

Eligibility

Looking for engaging 05th / last year Law Students as Research Interns, on Paid basis, who have sound knowledge, good exposure in the above disputes and who have done more than 4 Internships relating to above Disputes.

It is WFA profile. Applicants must have skills to draft:

  • List of Dates
  • Synopsis
  • Factual Notes
  • Legal Notes
