Eligibility
Candidates must:
- Be enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme.
- Be in the 1st or 2nd year of law school (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Be highly motivated, committed, and eager to learn litigation practice.
- Possess strong legal research skills and a genuine interest in litigation.
Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for:
- Attending the Bombay High Court, City Civil Courts, and Subordinate Courts to observe court proceedings.
- Assisting in drafting legal notices, applications, affidavits, written statements, and maintaining case files.
- Conducting legal research on criminal, civil, and cooperative housing society matters.
- Supporting the chamber in litigation-related assignments.
Stipend
Stipend will be offered based on interview performance.
