The Chamber of Adv. Rishika V.K. Tiwari is inviting applications for Legal Internship positions from law students interested in gaining practical exposure to litigation. The internship offers hands-on experience in courtroom proceedings, legal drafting, research, and case management.

Eligibility

Candidates must:

  • Be enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme.
  • Be in the 1st or 2nd year of law school (preferred).
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Be highly motivated, committed, and eager to learn litigation practice.
  • Possess strong legal research skills and a genuine interest in litigation.

Responsibilities

The selected intern will be responsible for:

  • Attending the Bombay High Court, City Civil Courts, and Subordinate Courts to observe court proceedings.
  • Assisting in drafting legal notices, applications, affidavits, written statements, and maintaining case files.
  • Conducting legal research on criminal, civil, and cooperative housing society matters.
  • Supporting the chamber in litigation-related assignments.

Stipend

Stipend will be offered based on interview performance.

Additional Benefits

Standard travel allowance will be provided for official court visits.
