About the Internship

We’re delighted to announce that we are actively on the lookout for a talented Assessment Legal Intern to become a part of our flourishing team at Bharat Dispute Resolution (BDR). Position: Assessment Legal Intern

Responsibilities

• Assisting Neutrals and stakeholders in efficiently resolving online disputes.
• Enhancing communication among stakeholders, spotlighting the platform’s functionality and the perks of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) when needed.
• Delivering Conciliation services guided by BDR’s prescribed guidelines and training modules.
• Active involvement in client communication and business development meetings.
• Engaging in drafting and research tasks within the ADR and insolvency domains, under the guidance of our seasoned team.
• Partaking in high-stakes deals within the nsolvency domain.
• Addressing compliance matters for LLP, Pvt ltd companies, and NBFCs.
• Contributing to strategic initiatives and novel projects, including Government projects.
