About the Internship
Bajaj & Co. Advocates, Mumbai, is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. The internship offers hands-on exposure to litigation, including drafting, legal research, court filings, and case preparation.
Eligibility
Candidates should be:
- Final-year students of a 5-year law course.
- Second or third-year students of a 3-year law course.
- Based in Mumbai.
Requirements
Candidates should possess:
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Familiarity with court filing procedures and administration.
- Excellent communication and legal writing abilities.
- Discipline, initiative, and a keen interest in litigation.
Nature of Work
Interns will gain hands-on exposure to:
Explore the latest legal opportunities for law students and lawyers.
- Legal drafting.

Practice Areas
The internship provides exposure to the following areas:
Litigation:
- Commercial Litigation before the Bombay High Court.
- Supreme Court.
- City Civil Court, Mumbai.

- NCLT.
- Sessions Court.

Non-Litigation:
- Transactions.
- Corporate Advisory.
