About the Internship
Asraya Legal is offering a Long-Term Internship Programme for law students interested in gaining hands-on experience in legal practice. Interns will work closely with the firm’s team on ongoing matters and client mandates while developing practical legal skills.
The programme is designed to provide substantive exposure to legal practice, enhance research and drafting capabilities, and offer insight into the day-to-day functioning of a modern law firm.
Eligibility
Applications are invited from:
- Students in the 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme; or
- Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law programme.
Candidates should possess:
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Professionalism and commitment.
- A genuine interest in commercial disputes and corporate law.
Responsibilities
Interns will have the opportunity to assist with:
- Legal research and case strategy.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal opinions.
- Commercial and corporate advisory work.
- Arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
- Regulatory and compliance-related assignments.
- Court and tribunal-related work, wherever required.
