ASPA Legal is currently offering internship positions for students in their fourth or fifth year of study.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and compliance materials
- Conducting legal research
- Assisting in due diligence work.
- Assisting with civil and commercial disputes, including drafting pleadings and preparing case materials.
- Assist in regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution in judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Overall, the internship will provide a well-rounded experience in both advisory and litigation functions within a dynamic legal environment.
Stipend
The stipend will be determined based on the candidate’s performance during the internship.
Location
GK 1, Delhi.
