About the Internship
AMD Law India is accepting applications for its Educational Internship Programme for August 2026 and September 2026. The internship is a full-time, in-office programme designed to provide law students with practical exposure to corporate law, intellectual property, legal research, content creation, and day-to-day legal operations.
Eligibility
- Law students willing to commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Vadodara for the entire internship period.
- Outstation applicants must be willing to relocate to Vadodara at their own expense for the duration of the internship.
Responsibilities
Selected interns will work on:
- Corporate law research.
- Contract drafting and review of legal agreements.
- Intellectual Property (IP) research, including analysis of IP laws, IP searches, and statutory frameworks.
- Content creation by developing structured legal content.
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative functions and operational legal tasks.
Stipend/Salary
Non-stipendiary.
Additional Information
- High-performing interns may be considered for future positions and extended engagements with the firm.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive a preliminary screening call or email before being scheduled for an interview.
