Alba Law Offices is hiring interns.
Shortlisted candidate(s) shall be on an assessment period for one month. Upon successful completion of the assessment period, as per the decision of the Firm, the candidate may or may not be selected.
Eligibility
Experience – 0-1 year
Responsibilities
- Public Search for the availability of a mark for registration;
- Drafting of Reply to Examination Reports;
- Drafting of Notice of Opposition, Counter
- The statement, Evidence Affidavits etc.;
- Drafting of Cease & Desist Notice
Duration of Internship
