About the Internship

A long-term assessment internship opportunity starting immediately at the office of Advocate Tanishq Sirohi. The practice includes appearances before various courts including the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court, NCDRC, SCDRC, CERC, MACT, CAT, and District Courts of Delhi NCR.

The practice primarily deals with a wide range of legal matters including, Medical Negligence, Electricity Laws, Administrative Laws, Criminal Laws, Property Disputes, Matrimonial Disputes, Motor Accident Claims, and Consumer Disputes.

Eligibility

Students in the Final Year of their LLB course or recent Law graduates.

Responsibilities

Strong drafting skills, attending court sessions and client meetings, assisting with research and case preparation, and miscellaneous court work.
