About the Internship

Tarun Jain and Associates, are looking for an Assessment intern interested in CORPORATE LAW

Eligibility

• Law Graduate
• Proven background in corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing)
• Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
• Good Computer skills

Responsibilities

Secretarial work in company law, FEMA, insolvency and related acts Drafting and vetting all agreements for commercial contracts. Preparing and reviewing legal documentation; execution of legal documentation.
