About the Internships

D&K Law offices are looking for two talented and enthusiastic law students to join their litigation team in Ahmedabad on an immediate basis. They deal primarily but are not limited to matters at NCLT, NCLAT, and the High Court.

Eligibility

• Law student currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of an integrated LLB program or in the 2nd year of LLB
• Strong academic record and passion in pursuing litigation
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Legal research tools, etc

Responsibilities

As an intern, you will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IBC, Companies Act, SARFESI, commercial litigation, etc. From assisting with research and drafting legal documents to participating in client meetings and court proceedings, you will be fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of the office.

Stipend

Based on the performance.

Duration of Internship

3 months

Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working days: Monday-Saturday
