About the Conference

The International Mediation and Dispute Resolution Conference 2025 will convene on December 6-7, 2025, at DYPU’s state-of-the-art campus in Navi Mumbai. This landmark event provides a global platform for dialogue on mediation’s evolving role in fostering peaceful, effective dispute resolution amid contested globalization.

As protectionism, trade tariffs, and geopolitical tensions—such as those in Russia-Ukraine and Israel-Palestine—strain multilateral frameworks, mediation emerges as a vital peace-building tool. Highlighting milestones like the Singapore Convention on Mediation and India’s Mediation Act, 2023, the conference addresses overburdened courts, technological disruptions, and the need for resilient international cooperation.
