You will be the bridge between the college and the legal industry, engaging with top law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal organisations to foster collaborations, placements, internships, and student development initiatives.

Eligibility

• Law graduates (LL.B. or B.A. LL.B.) with 2–3 years of professional experience in legal practice, academia, HR, recruitment, or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A vibrant, people-oriented personality with strong networking abilities.
• Interest in legal education, student development, and institution-building.
• Prior experience in placements, talent management, or legal outreach is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with law firms, corporates, legal startups, and recruiters.
• Coordinate internship and placement opportunities for students.
• Support the college’s Training & Placement Cell with industry outreach and event planning.
• Maintain placement data, employer databases, and prepare timely reports.
• Represent the college at legal career fairs, industry meets, and networking events.
