About the IILM Law School
IILM has a legacy of excellence in responsible management education since 1993. It has entered the domain of law with five-year undergraduate courses of BBA LLB (Hons) and BA LLB (Hons.) as well as a one year postgraduate LLM program at IILM University, Gurugram.
About the Competition
IILM law School is organizing a National Case Analysis Competition on the landmark judgment delivered in the case of Manohar Lal Sharma v. Union of India also famously known as the “Pegasus Judgment”.
The competition is for undergraduate as well as postgraduate students to critically analyse the judgment given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Submission Guidelines
- All Papers must be written in English and must be drafted in MS-WORD.
- Word Limit: not less than 3000 Words (Inclusive of Footnotes – endnotes shall not be appreciated)
- Font: Times New Roman (Both Paper and Footnotes)
- Size: Heading (20), Sub Heading (14), Content (12), Footnotes (10)
- Adherence to ILI Mode of Citation is mandatory.
Prizes
- Winner: 2,000 INR
- Runner-up: 1,500 INR
Results are to be announced on January 3, 2022.
